"The room was clean. The continental breakfast was minimal. The housekeeping staff did not come to clean my room/ make my bed for the duration of my 3 night stay. The property is nice and quiet. "

"Lots of things about this priory are great (the staff, the location, the size of the room). But a few things aren't. Primarily the parking. In order to park here, you have to download and use an app that took way too long, was confusing, and never made sense or worked right, and ended up charging more than a valet even though I parked myself. I'm still getting emails from them days after I checked out that are confusing and annoying. Also, the signage is poor. Mostly, it all seems to stem from the fact that this is primarily a residential building with only a limited number of hotel rooms. The signage is poor. No signs for hotel lobby. No signs for the rooms when you get off the elevator. No signage in the parking garage to tell you how to exit. Etc. "

"The room was very out dated and run down. The beds were terrible. The staff member checked us in was really nice."

"Our room was clean and looked like the interior had been refreshed recently. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was great. We wish we had known about it when we arrived at the airport in the late hours. Breakfast wasn't the best continental breakfast, but it did what we needed it to do. I would stay here again if passing through the area and want to be close to the airport."
