"Awesome beachfront. The pool area is also good but it would be great if the water is a little warmer. Staff are great, very helpful and respectful. The grand deluxe room is spacious and the balcony makes it even more desirable. Very nice beach hotel and I will choose it again in my next Bora trip!"

"We stay at the Heritage every time we come to Manila. Close to the airport,shopping malls and eateries. All staff are friendly and most helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will be back mid January and I am certain we will stay here again for a night or two. "

"A great hotel and a great location with excellent staff.The a la carte dining at the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. rooms were a decent size and clean. It was very family friendly with lots of activities and amenities for kids. I did not travel with my children on this trip but would 100% bring them back to this hotel in the future. Everything was within a short walk from the hotel and easy to reach by foot or an e-bike if you prefer. The standout in this hotel is the staff. From the drivers to the reception staff, even the security guards are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff were always incredibly pleasant, proactive and very accommodating to different schedules."

"The view was spectacular. I could see the ocean, the pools, and beautiful grounds from my balcony. We tried several restaurants, all of which were fabulous. Our favorite was Tea of Spring. Thexstaff were very attentive and the food was outstanding. I had a traditional Philippine massage at Chi Spa. It lasted 2 hours and left me very relaxed and feeling uplifted snd rejuvenated."
