"Hotel was centrally located. Beach was decent but had lots of algae my kids ended up getting sea lice. The room was nice, and we had direct access to the pool. However, there was a group of guests who were disrespectful. They played loud music by the pool and one of them kept lounging at the private balconies of other guests, including ours. I reported it to the bartenders. I wish they were more proactive about telling other guests to not blast loud music in the common area or at least be watchful on the guests invading the spaces of other guests. It was rude and disrespectful. At other resorts, someone would have talked to us personally about our experience. I later found out that the same guests were lounging at another guests’ balcony/patio."

"The room is clean, we love the shower ... it pours like rain, towels smell good, staff are all professionals .. gesture with Filipino hand to heart symbol ... we love it, breakfast has great choices, front desk staff are outstanding help. Love their pool, choice for children or for adults."

"The room was okay, the bedsheet/top sheet is dirty and theres peanut on the floor i was about to complain about it, but then its only one night so we just let it go. The light fixture is broken as well. The housekeeper was in the hallway in 17th floor and his cart was full of bath towels, i requested if he could give me 1 bath towel and he said it should be delivered in my room. He could have just give it or hand it to me as i am holding a baby and a toddler by my side. I waited and nothing came to give me the bath towel this is around 4 pm. The breakfast was a chaos because we are waiting to get a table and some people are just cutting off the line where the front end should know that its a line up and not allowing the people that’s cutting off. The told the front end if she notice that people are just cutting off the line which is unfair to some people that are waiting, she apologize at the end. "
