"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

"We picked the hotel because of its excellent location across from the train station. At first we we highly irritated by the malfunctioning elevator and shabby entrance, but then found the rooms to be lovely, modern and clean and also enjoyed the breakfast in the breakfast area the next morning. "The hotel was fairly priced and the air conditioning worked great. They provided bottled water when the city water wasn't potable. Jan at the desk was extremely helpful, especially when we couldn't find the parking. Late check in at the kiosk was slick. The room was a little small. It was challenging to navigate around the small desk. We needed to ask 3 times to get the sink soap dispenser refilled. For suggestions, have a couple pillows on the beds as they were thin, and have thicker towels."
