Nice staff and good clean rooms

Nice staff and good clean rooms. Breakfast was great and there was so much choice. The only thing for me personally was the beds were a bit soft but other than that I had a nice stay.

Good options for drinks in the bar. Restaurant isnt open every night but bar food available which is okay. Breakfast offers everthring you need with an option of a nice view. Very close to the underground transport network which is ideal.

Decent price hotel in an expensive city

Very nice hotel, good staff especially the "Fika" lady, clean, decent gym, comfortable bed and pillow in the Comfort Room, bathroom a bit small, problem on the last Saturday with almost cold breakfast buffet, otherwise the food was quite good.

My go to hotel for Stockholm

Amazing hotel. Front desk, restaurant and rooms great. Extra special shout out to breakfast host Mimmi who was outstanding. The breakfast caters for literally every diet requirement going. Fantastic.

The property was undergoing refurbishment so area around reception was chaotic. However, the staff were fantastic and in particular there was a very cheerful and helpful person who guided us to the breakfast area without needing to ask. Room was quite small, and there was no clarity around some snacks and a bottle of wine kept on the table - whether they were to be paid for or not and what the prices were. Ok for short business trips as the working desk and WiFi were good.

Very convenient to metro. Friendly staff especially the one that welcomes you with a health shot when you arrive for breakfast. I didn’t get her name, positive and friendly brings a smile to your face. Good choice options for breakfast. Facilities clean however the reception area during checkin can be quite busy.

Nice hotel. Our room was quiet hot, they tried to sort it, but it's not aircon, so it was a bit uncomfortable at night. Reception gave us a fan which helped a bit. Breakfast was lovely. So much to choose from. I started every day with a shot of ginger and lemon from Mimmi. She is the star of the Clarion Hotel. A wonderful woman. So happy and helofuk.

Really pleasant stay at the Clarion. Would be good if you could visit the pool without the spa and the advertising of spa hours was improved. Great location, safe and a stones throw from the train station. So well connected. Would recommend and definitely return

Overall great, but check spa information before

The hotel in general is great. The room is super comfortable, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is incredible. But I was incredibly disappointed to find out that the spa (which is the entire reason why I chose this hotel) was closed without any previous information. If I had known I wouldn't had booked for this date.

Superb hotel, clean and spacious

Our stay at Clarion was top notch. We chose to upgrade our room to include a balcony which gave us great views of southwestern Stockholm. When I booked, I had thought the hotel was a little 'far out' of the city, but it's actually fantastically central with a metro station right next to the hotel - less than 100m. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the hostess for breakfast was an absolute joy. We will be back!

All good apart from the air con

Stay here for business a couple of times a year as the location is very good. The hotel is large and has plenty of facilities. The biggest drawback is the air conditioning in the rooms, it can be very aggressive and you're unable to switch it off leading to some uncomfortable night's sleep

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Super friendly hostess welcoming to breakfasts and serving ginger shots. I hope they pay her well! Room itself was a bit worn out and quite small. Bed was a bit too soft for our taste. Bathroom sink wasn't fully functioning. Room was quite dark as well.

This hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Room was great, the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom does need a floor squeegee to deal with the water from the shower, but aside from that it was fine - good water pressure, too. The spa was very nice, with hot and cold showers, ice bucket, steam room (I spent all of 1 min in there as I couldn't see to find a bench); the sauna was wonderful, though I couldn't find the tap for the bucket. Staff could have been a bit better at the spa check-in, but were very nice. The pool was very nice - half in, half out and a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was good - a few more gluten-free options would be good, and the scrambled eggs were powdered - and a wide variety of food was available. Checkout was super fast. Easily accessible from the Metro, and while I didn't have a car to park, I did see a garage attached to the hotel. I would stay here again!
