Disappointing
from the start an accident made us unavailable to make the first day of our booking, we sent a message letting them know what happened & that we couldn't make it, they wouldn't give us a refund for that first day.
We booked and paid for a room with a King bed with 2 single beds, when we arrived the room had a King Bed and a Queen Bed, we rang reception to explain the error they told us that the King bed is 2 singles just pushed together, It didn't matter that we needed a King because my husband is 6ft6 because all their rooms are a king (2singles) & a queen.
Reception told us they'll send house keeping up to change the bedding from king to 2 singles.
When returned back to our room exhausted after a big day out around 9:30pm to find nothing had been done with with beds. Rang reception again, housekeeping had gone home at 3pm & there where no notes in the system about our previous complaint or our cancellation for the day prior as he couldn't understand why we didn't have it sorted on our first night, we never made.
We asked reception to bring the single bedding & we'll sort out the beds ourselves.
Then we find out the cool air from the air-con doesn't make it down the hallway to the bedrooms it was very hot & they only supply cheap pedestal fans in the bedrooms that do absolutely nothing to cool the rooms especially on a hot Perth summer night!
We all slept on the floor in the lounge to keep cool.
Very disappointing & over priced, will never book there again.
