Noisy at night, no milk for coffee, there was a car was parked across the front of our doorway, and it took a full week to get our bond refunded which is ridiculous - considering the next hotel had the credit card hold on our bond released within 2 hours. So not happy with how long the bond was held

The ground floor room was spacious and separate kitchen is a bonus. Bathroom is modern and fresh, but shower mouldy around the base and no shelf to put soap, etc. Another downside was lots of noise from all directions - sounded like kids in a playground above us. That ceased quite late, but other noises happened throughout the night. There was also a lot of light coming in from outside which, added to the noise, made for a sleepless uncomfortable night. Good to have parking outside, but very tight. This place is really just an average motel.close to the CBD.

The property suited us at the time as we were both recovering from covid and the location allowed us the get out in the fresh air in Langley Park. Walking distance from places that we were able to visit during our convalescence. The kitchenette met our expectations

Great place to stay
City Waters was a very comfortable place to stay, with separate kitchenette containing microwave, oven, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The motel was near the Swan River, and also within the free travel zone in central Perth.

The owner/manager was walking us up the hill to our room and didn't seem bothered by a mob of guys with the door open to their room stinking of dope smoke. We were fortunate enough to get a double bedroom place for the 4 of us, and both rooms had a TV and aircon so that was great.

Pleasantly surprised by the property. It looks "ghetto" but the family room we had was very clean and modern. Fully self contained apartment. Plenty of space in the room for large family. However If staying with children you have to whisper as your normal talking voices carry and you will get a visit from management to notify you that you're loud :-) Over all, good, cheap, close to perth cbd, Elizabeth quay

Check-in required a $150 deposit and reception staff requested my photo ID to photocopy, I haven't had to do this anywhere else before and didn't like that aspect of checkin. The best thing was the friendly and helpful security guard and location near the Swan River. Parking on site was very difficult with tight gaps and obstacles including a boarded up hole at the top turnaround area, be prepared to reverse down a long narrow single driveway if all spots at the end are taken as it is very diffult to impossible then to turn around. Be careful when using the bathroom taps as hot and cold taps are separate, so we were hurt by the scalding water from the hot tap instead of being able to wash our hands with warm water. We are unlikely to return.

The hotel reception was not attended apart from 2 hours in the middle of the day. I arrived at 5pm, followed the instructions to retrieve my key, however THERE WAS NO KEY. No one answered the emergency numbers listed, and when one person rang back all they did was say sorry. I had to go and find alternative accommodation for the night. DO NOT book anyone into this hotel; it is not worth the pain and stress.

Very old property but the room was superbly clean. It had clean bed sheets and towels. The usual toiletries. Tea/coffee-making facilities. The receptionist was extremely helpful and courteous. Excellent location on the waterfront of the City. Within walking distance of the City centre and Elizabeth Quay.

I like the late check in and express check out arrangements and free wifi. Amenities provided are good and adequate. Carpet is new, rooms condition are excellent but one of the lcd tv is slightly damaged. As a tourist, I'd prefer the laundry to be opened 24hrs rather than 7am to 8pm. Also, it would be nice and convenient for tenants if the motel provide drinks and foods vending machine(s) in the premise. In summary, my family & i enjoyed staying there, beautiful view of swan river in front of the motel and the staffs are friendly and helpful.
