"Clean room, airport shuttle very convenient. Food at the restaurant was very good."

"Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent. 1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning. 2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect."

"Wonderful location on Elizabeth Quay. The room was amazing, large and spacious with standalone bath tub, large walkin wardrobe and separate shower. Great views of the river. Staff very friendly and definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay. "

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was good (just wished it opened slightly earlier so we could take full advantage). The free mini bar and in-room water taps (still and sparkling) came in handy. Some great restaurants in walking distance. As is the Rottnest Ferry. Great location "
