"Nice big clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff - very helpful friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of options (crepe station mashed potatoes home potatoes sausage bacon eggs parfaits fruit sandwiches beans smoothies donuts croissants...). We only received two passes so we had to pay for our third party (child) but it was under $20. Arrival andthe parking situation was a bit chaotic and confusing but seamless after a few initial hiccups. The area surrounding the hotel is sketchy (most of downtown kw is) so keep that in mind if you wanted to walk around. We stayed for a concert and the Center in the Square was less than a 5-minute drive away, super cheap Uber. Definitely recommend!! "

"Our favourite stay in Stratford ( we love the suites). Clean, well kept, friendly staff, and plenty of amenities ( love the pool and hot tub). The lobby is always beautiful and decorated to match the seasons;) Love the complimentary freshly ground coffee machine too! "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value."

"The room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. I did have a fall outside on the sidewalk. There was a lip that didn’t have any kind of ramping to meet the gap. Therefore I tripped and fell . "

"Easy check in and check out. Super comfy beds, great pillows, spacious room. The staff were lovely, helpful, and so responsive. My only suggestion is to stop using air fresheners in the common areas in consideration of scent-sensitive folks. "
