Bed was very comfortable, pillows were amazing! Breakfast was as expected. No surprises. There was a lot of noise in the hall, but that was the people across the hall, not the hotel. The location was exactly what we needed and the price was best in Waterloo. We will be back.

Highly recommend stay

The staff were welcoming and very friendly, Breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean and tidy, the only problem that we had was that the pillows were very soft, but other than that a perfect stay, highly recommended.
