"The hotel is nice and the rooms are good size and clean but I don’t agree with the facilities fee charged when you check out. That fee is not stated when you make the reservation and there is nothing you can do about it when you check out. What is the fee for? The pool?? Not a good deal when you just staying for one or two nights!!"

"The balcony rooms are wonderful for ocean views. The top floor is the best. The indoor pool was nice and has pool towels. There are no beach towels. The rooms are large and comfortable. My bed was a tiny saggy in the middle where everyone would first sit. Breakfast was very nice with hot foods and cold options. Coffee/tea and ice water 24 hours in the lobby. The staff were warm, friendly and down to earth. Check in was s l o w. Not sure if that was the software or what. The staff appear competent. We did have glitches with our room assignment being already occupied. Long story short, we wound up on the 5th floor and that made it worth it. Without the check in issue, it would be 5 start rating. It IS in walking distance of restaurants."

"Okay so we stayed for 5 days. The rooms at first glance, are adorable. We didn't see any bugs it smelled nice. The bathroom was clean. But there is mold on the ceiling. The rooms get very humid if the a/c is above 64, hence the mold. Another thing was the cable they use went out anytime it rained. So we were stuck without tv when the rain came. Because of the storm we lost power and it would have been nice if they came around with games or something considering we were stuck inside without power. The breakfast was pretty good but the ladies that served it were the best part lol. The pool was okay but it felt like they needed to go through and net it because of the bugs. Also, many of the chairs to layout in were broken. The hot tub, though was crystal clear and heated well. Every staff member was kind and if we needed towels or anything just had to ask. For the most part we enjoyed our stay!"

"I had booked three rooms (Beachside) Hotel is located right across the street from the Beach. Staff was super friendly. We came early and they gave us access to their pool and parking pass so we could wait until our rooms were ready!!! Rooms itself were spacious, clean and had a small refrigerator, ironboard! Beds were comfortable! Bathrooms had everything needed … shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap as well as hair dryer!! We had a great experience!!"
