"Good bedding, convenient to Rive University, everything we needed was fairly close, tasty coffee at breakfast. My only complaint was that they didn’t give us any complimentary water to drink in our room."
"I have stayed here for several times for appointments. The staff is always professional and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding is clean. The room is clean and the bed is soft and clean. Usually the staff in some hotels half clean the bathroom. Hair is left in the shower but I never found hair in the bathroom from any stay at this hotel. If the price is right, I will definitely stay here again. "

"I went for my partners birthday, I had a hotel decorator and the hotel staff was very friendly and made the transition very smooth to carry out the surprise. The cleaning staff were also amazing very attentive! My experience at the hotel was 10/10. My lights in my room did go out but they came back on in a timely fashion after alerting the staff. The only complaint that I have is that I used Uber’s around the city so if you are visiting I suggest getting a rental car instead of using Uber or other transportation apps because the hotel is a good ways away from downtown and some main activities. Overall I had a wonderful time, the room decor was amazing, the staff was welcoming, and I give the location of the hotel a 7/10 if your looking to enjoy downtown Houston. "

"My reservation dates were incorrect and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful booking our stay upon arrival! I also recieved texts during my stay which allowed me the access to a box fan in my room and maintenance fixed a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink."
