Staff was fantastic and professional. Room is outdated. Electricity kept tripping and the couch had a spring popping through the cushion. Dishwasher didn’t work. Room had a slight dingy scent. Great location if you are seeing a Texans game as it’s writhing easy walking distance to the stadium.

Mr Jordan provided the fastest, easiest checkin ever. All the staff were kind and helpful. The Continental breakfast was excellent, great food great choices. The room and hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend staying here .

Fresh, clean room. One of the two elevators was out of order. The free shuttle to MD Anderson was on a limited schedule that did not benefit us. The breakfast was great. Waffles in the shape of Texas. I noticed a security guard walking around the parking lot. Overall, very nice hotel.

The accommodations were pleasant and well-maintained. The door had a slight gap, allowing some light from the hallway to enter; however, overall, the room exceeded my expectations. A downside was that the cleaning staff did not initially attend to the disposal of the trash, which required three requests over the course of two days before it was addressed. During our four-day stay, the accumulation of refuse became a concern. Breakfast was great each day, and staff exceeded my expectations.
