Excellent comfort in Economy class
On time departure and quicker flight than scheduled so all good
Food was not very good on the 2nd half of the SDY-IAH leg - GF snack at midnight was truly awful, and breakfast was average.
aweful waiting time
Not your problem but atrocious wait at security. The worst that I’ve had in 5 years and I’m a Platinum traveller. As I emphasise/not your problem but you should be aware of this.
Got wheelchairs arranged as requested on Expedia
Staff member have a really standard service, nothing great.
Only a 45 min flt so no food served or necessary. Baggage quick on carousel
I was not happy with the fact that you had to change airports in Tokyo during transit and passengers had to foot the bill to commute to the other airport. Not so customer friendly.
United Airlines' service is typical of American airlines but does not compare favourably with Asian airlines.
