This old world house took us back to the 1800s. It was so beautiful, so charming and comfortable. The owner was on site and amazing while helping us find our way. My only complaint it that I only got to stay one night!! We I’ll definitely stay here again!!

Great hospitality... thought of all the little things.... but definitely needs some upkeep.. but it's great historical charming place to stay
This is a magical spot for people who appreciate the beauty and character of Old Victorian homes. It is meticulously decorated and features a beautiful kitchen, dining area and living room. This is a bohemian dream and my favorite place I've stayed in here in Texas. The kitchen is ready for you to prepare a meal and offers free coffee options. Good coffee for real coffee lovers, no Folgers here. There is even a electric kettle and a french press if you don't use Keurig. Bingo! My room was beautifully appointed and the bed was so comfortable. My only issue is that the transom above the door lets in light at nigh and so does the a/c. There are great blackout shades on all the windows though. I happen to be sensitive to light and sound so may not be an issue for other. It was like being home. The owner is delightful person and very interesting. There is a spectacular vinyl collection and a turntable for music lovers. If you like chain hotels with sterile cookie cutter rooms, this is not it. I highly recommend for travelers and people who appreciate unique beauty and style. II absolutely loved my stay! If you want an experience to remember, this is it.
