"Staff was friendly and our room was comfortable but what made the experience terrible was upon trying to use one of the elevators on our floor, the door almost shut on my partner as they were going in to the elevator. We stepped back and again the elevator door almost closed while I was about to go in. We let someone at the front desk know about it but my companion now has a big bruise on her forearm from where the elevator door hit her. That incident unfortunately will not be having us come back in the foreseeable future."

"Check in and out was quick and easy, room and property were very clean, the bed was so comfortable, nice shower with adjustable pressure, and great breakfast buffet!"

"shower did not work in our room. they told us it was fixed, but it wasn’t had to wait until maintenance could look at it the next day. First day no room cleaned, second day had to ask for it as not done by 3:30, third day not done and called at 3:15 when we got back for the day and was told too late to be done. but brought us clean towels. first reception girl very cold. Had to ask for vouchers for free drinks as per registration, which she just handed too us like it was a chore. This was our 8th year at this hotel and worst experience ever. "

"It’s an older hotel and it’s one of the safer, lower cost options in town. Know that before you start judging this place too hard. No frills, but it’s a roof over head, and a place to sleep with a clean shower. The mattress was hard, but again, I just needed a place to sleep while my father is at one of the local hospitals. Plenty of food options within walking distance (but maybe drive there instead). Staff is always pleasant and I will likely stay here again (this is my third stay)"
