"We had a wonderful stay at this Outer Banks home and would absolutely come back. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked—everything we needed for a relaxing week was there. The layout was great for our group, and the location made it easy to enjoy the ocean. The decks are unmatched. Zero obstructions to the ocean. The only thing worth noting for future guests is the long sand driveway. It was challenging for our group with knee issues and some mobility concerns, as walking through the sand can be a bit difficult. Brian has the driveway cleared on a regular basis but at no fault to him, the sand fills in the driveway rather quickly. It was cleared during our stay which was a huge blessing. If your vehicle doesn’t have 4x4, do not try to pull into the driveway. Our wagoneer got stuck the first day. Just be safe and park on the street. The driveway is long so plan for that when packing luggage. Wish we would have packed sleds to help pull luggage from vehicles to house. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and made some great memories here—just something to keep in mind depending on your needs! Brian communicated with us the whole time and checked in on us regularly. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The area is quiet and very safe "

"We came out for our anniversary and had a wonderful time! The sauna and cold plunges were being repaired, which was disappointing, but understandable to service them in the off season. It was quiet and very relaxing and our text to the concierge was very quick!"

"We had a fine stay at this spacious house. Our kids loved having their own rooms since we live in a much smaller house. The kitchen was well-stocked and the little office/work area was appreciated. The comfortable, quality furniture on the decks made relaxing there attractive While, it was too cold and windy to spend a lot of time on the beach, the supply of beach chairs, kayaks, lifejackets, etc. was excellent! The proximity to the beach was close.We were disappointed that there was no hot tub due to malfunctioning equipment, even though we had specifically asked about its availability. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort zone. The location was amazing, right on the beach. There is a huge wraparound deck that allowed our dog to outside but kept him contained. My favorite part was the guest house that is connected to the main space by the deck. The kids slept in there, had their own bathroom and TV, so they could play Xbox all day like normal. There’s a loft with a bed and also a sleep sofa in there. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Wonderful home with spacious rooms and fantastic views. Decks were awesome with more than enough furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and moonlit nights! Nice open kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. Definitely look forward to coming back to this gorgeous home again!! Oh and the hot tub was much larger than I expected, very enjoyable stay and highly recommend"
