"The space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy—it truly feels like a home where you can instantly settle in and relax. It is well-designed and fully equipped with everything you need to rest and cook meals easily. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t quite as relaxing as hoped because the sauna was out of order, displaying an electrical power error message. Additionally, the cleanliness could use a bit more attention. While beach sand is a pesky given, the floors needed a more thorough vacuuming, and I did find a few stray hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't mine. Overall, it's a lovely property, but tighter cleaning standards and a working sauna would take it to the next level. The sunset views are 1,000%. 😍😍😍"

"Awesome location!! House was nice. Could use a little attention to a few things. I think the carpet should be taken out as it smells musty downstairs. Overall, nice house, great pool/hot tub and couldn't ask for better location."

"I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 due to unsatisfactory cleanliness upon arrival and a few maintenance issues - some lights not working and damage to screen door and dresser drawer. We disinfected the floor because it smelled of pet urine. The house itself was very nice. Hot tub was cleaned the day we arrived. Great view and the host was responsive to my comments."

"The place was the perfect layout for our extended family beach trip. Convienetly located across the street from the beach, ample parking, and plenty of rooms and space for all of us. We loved having the pool and hot tub available. The pool was low upon arrival but someone came over to fill it and check on it. The pool table was enjoyed by the younger adults. The kitchen had just about everything we needed but was disorganized and has none of the basic things I find at most Vrbo/AirBnBs. so bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. Many light bulbs were burned out and multiple drawers in various rooms were broken. There was also significant dog hair and grunge on the few carpeted spaces and some moldy shower curtains. I can accept beach sand with the location, but the rugs and mold were disgusting. Aside from that it was a great place for us. Recommend covered water shoes for the beach as the sand gets extremely hot, too hot to walk on barefoot."

"Our family enjoyed a great week full of memories at this welcoming home. It was just right for our family of 7 adults and 5 children 6mo-10y. Beautiful oceanfront with great space for gathering in open top floor. Well stocked kitchen included everything we needed for the week. Plenty of games and puzzles, sand toys and a space under the home where the kids can play in sand if you have a rainy day . The 3 outside showers were used daily and very convenient. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. We will be returning to Sara’s next year!"

"We had a wonderful family vacation with our daughter and son, their spouses, and all 8 of our grandchildren!! The location was perfect, a direct path to the beach and just a little over a mile from our daughter’s campsite. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated, and designed for a large family, offering space and privacy. Some cushioned furniture would be a nice addition to the fabulous beach view on the top deck! There has already been talk of a return trip!!!"
