"This house is a clean, simple home that is a good value for the price we paid. It had a gorgeous view from the back deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stock. Everything was clean. The only thing I was frustrated by was that we were told we would be checking in by 6 but that they would text if it was ready sooner. So we left for our drive planning to be there around 5. We got a text that it was ready at 3:30. That would have made a big difference in our plans and I wish they’d have a firm 4PM check in. Not the end of the world but still a bummer. Overall a good stay"

"We had another wonderful stay here and truly can’t recommend it enough! We had stayed at the property a couple of years ago and were so impressed by all of the updates since our last visit. Everything felt fresh, clean, comfortable, and incredibly well cared for.The home was absolutely perfect for our family and had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach getaway. The location is fantastic — being within walking distance of the beach made our days so convenient, especially with the family in tow.The hosts were also wonderful to work with. They were extremely communicative, responsive, accommodating, and flexible throughout our stay, which made the entire experience that much better.You can tell a lot of care has been put into both the home and the guest experience. We already loved this property from our previous stay, but the updates made it even better this time around. We had such a great trip and will absolutely be looking forward to staying here again on our next beach vacation. Highly recommend!"

"Our new home away from home… what an amazing property! We truly enjoyed our time there and instantly felt at home. Our kids LOVED the video game and the pool table. Perfect location, perfect for our dogs, perfect kitchen with everything you could need. A true gem. And Tiffany was the most exceptional host!"

"The location was phenomenal with beach being just across the road and ability to watch sunrise directly from the deck. The kitchen pans were relatively new and so we did not face any issues with that. It would be nice to have dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided considering the heavy price we paid. Also, the house was also not dusted well. We could see dust and cobb webs in living room and bed rooms. If the property is cleaned better, we would have had a much better experience."

"This is our first VRBO experience and we were very happy. The location at a quieter beach gave our kids plenty of space to spread out on the shore. The steps to the beach were short with no stairs to climb up and down while wheeling kid toys to and from the beach. We plan to be back."

"Place was amazing, location, the beach, the home. My family loved it. It’s 10 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, ice cream and bait shops. The beach was not over crowded. Hostess is great. Dogs are welcome. Lovely beach stay."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very nice property. pool was great for younger kids. Property management was great resolving a couple small problems, one was the internet info on checkin emails was incorrect, that took some time to correct. the other issue that is not easy to correct, the outdoor shower water has no where to go, it sits on the carport deck and is carried into elevator and the pool deck. Not sure how much cleaning was done before our arrival, the note on the frige said cleaned on 7/16."
