"My husband and I have been coming to the Seahorse for quite a while. It is one our favorite places to stay. Our room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff has always been kind and helpful. The location across from Jeanette’s pier, the beach, Sam and Omie’s, ice cream and Calhoun’s makes walking distance very convenient."

"Room was okay. Very low water pressure in shower and the shower handle (hot/cold) setting was messed up. Internet was slow. Good thing was that pets stay free and I could walk to the beach ! "

"We had an ocean front room with the historic wood paneling. It was charming and comfortable. I loved having the ocean access. The only complaint came from my teenage companion. She was surprised at the lack of outlets for charging her many electronic devices. Myself, this was to be expected and I didn't stress over it! I am very appreciative for our hosts-they checked in with us , made sure we were comfortable and also responded promptly to any questions we had! They also recommended places to eat and visit, which was great for this busy mom! We will most certainly be back once the weather is a bit warmer. Also, the view from the balcony was everything ! "

The walkout access to the beach is a huge plus, and the balcony connected to the bedroom makes for a beautiful, relaxing experience — you can even catch a stunning sunrise right from your room. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen, refrigerator, and washer, making it ideal for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which added to the convenience. The only minor drawback was that the overall condition and maintenance of the building felt a bit below expectations, possibly because we visited just before the start of the season."
