"Beach and pool was excellent Furniture was VERY worn (holes in the sofa) and very old dishes and glasses Boards in porch were splinter and rough on bare feet The set up was great just old and worn because of the location I would give it and A reating but everything else I would rate it a C"

"The rooms are conveniently located, with quick access to the beach. And there is an outside shower for people to use when they come back from the beach. I did not use the pool, so I can’t comment on that. The rooms were clean, but some of the fixtures, like the bathroom, were outdated."

"Great location and beach access. Property was comfortable, clean and spacious for a couple or small family. And the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Many restaurants and shops are nearby and it is very close to Manteo and Roanoke Island where quaint shops and eating establishments are located. Hatteras Island is only a little over an hour south of this property and an easy day trip. Overall a very nice property."

"Nice, comfortable and clean. This was our third stay at the cottage and we'll keep coming back. The property is very close to the fairgrounds where we take our dogs to play fetch and Frisbee. Amy is very attentive and extremity helpful. Bring a sharp knife or two as you'll need them if you do most of your cooking in the cottage."
