"We booked the room a long time in advance to make use of the spa facilities. When we arrived we tried to get day access to the spa as specified in hotels.com. We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day. On insisting further, we were finally offered 2 hours the next morning, but we had to leave and could not make use of the spa. As a note they are still selling day access to the spa on hotels.com. "Most of all be aware that there is no elevator and you must carry luggage up about 3 flights of narrow stairs. (Or ask for help!) Front desk not manned overnight. A few things on the listing were not accurate (breakfast situation, hair products available). The people working the desk were nice and helpful. And the sound insulation from outside was good, but between rooms I could hear other guests talking at normal levels (and later snoring) through the walls. "
