"This is an affordable and comfortable option that's proximate and easy to access. The immediate area is a lil rough but it's blocks away from main avenues that connect you to many of the choice neighborhoods in Chicago. Christine is the onsite house manager and is sweet and helpful. They even had a lil business center which was handy and great. I'd stay there again and recommend it if you're going for a solid budget option."

"Jessica was an excellent host, answered questions quickly and had a lovely property. Her property manager, Shannon, was helpful and provided many recommendations to us. She was knowledgeable about the property, answered all of our questions and made sure we had a worry free stay. Shannon made excellent suggestions for places to try in the neighborhood and things to do around the city. The entire place was clean, well provisioned and smelled great.The bed was a good balance of firm but not hard and pillows were new and fluffy. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels made our stay feel like home.The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a beer at the end of the evening. Neighborhood is quiet, folks are friendly, we felt safe walking to local restaurants and bars.We will book this home again when we return to Chicago.Thanks again for a wonderful stay!"
