"The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by."

"They are taking out all of the carpet, which is GREAT! Carpet is gross, BUT it deadens sound. So, I could hear people in the hallway burp (YEP!). The sound from the lobby flooded my room. I was worried people in the lobby could hear me using the toilet!"

"Old charm to the place. We were welcomed with a fresh baked cookie ,which was delicious and just made the whole chk in process stress free. The front desk was extremely helpful , especially Margot. Would definitely come bk to this hotel ."

"The hotel had good rates and reviews so I booked it. It was defamatory not what I expected. This is a tired hotel that either needs a major renovation or a tear down and rebuild. The floor in our room was seriously sloped, indicating a structural failure. The furniture was gross, very dirty and should all be thrown away. It’s clear had a minor update with newish fixtures but they appear to be lipstick on a pig, trying to make it look good when it clearly has problems. The staff was very friendly and please on every interaction, this review is by no means a reflection on them. All were wonderful. The property however needs serious attention. "
