"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved having easy access to the beach but it is about a mile walk to the nearest coffee shop or restaurant. The house was a bit dirtier and more run down than the pictures shown."

"The house was gorgeous. Plenty of room for our group of 9 plus 1 dog. The carriage house was perfect for the dog. The boys loved the bunkbeds in the hall. The master bedrooms were huge. The pool was great. Good size for us. Only drawback was we asked to get it heated. It was 97. A little too warm. They came out several times to reprogram it. Communication and response time was great. The bikes were awesome. We used them daily. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having 2 fridges and dishwashers. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk, but there are stairs to get down to the beach. Wasn’t a problem for our group but could be for anyone who has mobility issues. I highly recommend this home."

"This property was really nice as advertised! The check in process was simple, the host reached out in advance with all needed instructions, and the inside was well appointed and had everything we needed for a great week. Our girls especially loved having the pool right there for when they needed a break from the beach, and especially evenings. Also used the bikes a lot, and the beach gear (and especially the wagon to get everything back and forth) was great. We would come back for sure"

"This house truly exceeded my expectations! Fantastic location - great set up with the bedrooms and bunk room. The kitchen was very well stocked (could use some additional forks and knives as we kept running out). Rarely is a house better in person than in the photos - but this one was! Beach is literally right across the street and a short mile walk to the Big Chill/Hub. Easy bike ride to rosemary beach. We did have a rental bike stolen while we were there - so be sure to lock up your things! ( teenagers don't listen). We really enjoyed our stay. "
