Wohnungsfehler bei der Ankunft Ich befinde mich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und nicht wie in der Zusammenfassung des Reisedokuments vorgesehen oben (Meerblick)!! Es hat viel Zeit und Energie verschwendet, es der Agentur zu erklären und hin und her zu gehen, um die Schlüssel zu holen!! Ich bin sehr unglücklich und enttäuscht über diesen Mangel an Professionalität von Belvilla, obwohl ich ein guter Kunde bin!! Ich möchte für den entstandenen Schaden entschädigt werden

Superbe location et emplacement

Très bon accueil de l'agence immobilière. Photos correspondent au logement. Piscine propre et très agréable. Bonne commodité dans le logement avec climatisation. La literie est a améliorer. Logement bien situé au sein d'une magnifique ville et plages.

Logement vieillissant

Climatisation HS, literie HS, insonorisation à revoir, place de parking dangereuse pour les pneus, toile d'ombrage usagée, peu de vaisselle pour 5 personnes, utilisation du lave linge limité, rideau de douche à changer, TV uniquement en allemand.... Dommage car la maison pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable si elle était entretenue.

Het huis licht mooi, het zwembad is perfect. Aardig wat privacy fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Vooraf kregen we veel foto’s van ons huisje dachten wij. Op de locatie zelf bleek dat de badkamers veel minder groot en onverzorgd waren. Niet erg schoon en schimmelig. Er zijn weinig stopcontacten en weinig verlengsnoeren. Twee eenpersoons bedden hebben slechte matrassen, de airco werkt minimaal en geen afstandsbediening. Het servies is niet voor 6 personen.

De aankomst was niet zoals gepland. Na eerder contact op te hebben op genomen met belvilla en te hebben vermeld dat google maps iets heel anders aangeeft dan wij hebben geboekt zijn we uiteindelijk toch gegaan. want volgens belvilla klopte kun gegevens en niet die van google maps. toch hadden ze het fout, wij kwamen aan op bestemming en troffen aan, wat google maps aangaf. het was niet verkeerd, maar zeker niet wat wij hebben geboekt. Ook is er niks in de omgeving, je hebt een strand, zwembad en een hele kleine supermarkt in dezelfde straat. ohja, en 1 restaurant. Geen centrum, geen boulevard, geen winkels, geen eetgelegenheden. het huisje zelf was mooi, ruim en redelijk schoon. het zwembad was ook leuk, en een leuke achtertuin.

Huis was redelijk schoon, er hing weil een muffe lucht is huis beetje vochtige geur , vooral in de kledingkasten en buffetkasten. We hebben geurverfrissers gekocht en in huis en kasten gezet. Niet alle bedden waren goed opgemaakt, sommige alleen met een soort matrasbeschermer . Dit laatste was opgelost toen we meer beddengoed meekregen bij het toeristenmeldpunt. In 1 van de bedden zat een mieren nest ! Erg vervelend als je de eerste dag naar bed wil en je komt dit tegen. Bij het toeristenmeldpunt adviseerde ze een bepaald middel/ gif . Dit hebben we tijdens ons verblijf meerdere keren gebruikt. Nu klinkt het vol ongedierte zat maar dat was beslist niet zo. Accommodatie was verder goed beetje ouwbollig ingericht , maar verder prima.Omgeving was ons bekent en is orima.

Bij aankomst was het huis niet erg schoon, zelf na de schoonmaak nogmaals schoongemaakt. Er is geen stofzuiger aanwezig wel een bezem met blik. De dwijl hebben wij zelf vervangen aangezien deze erg vies was. Het elektrische oventje bevatte nog etensresten. Erg veel mieren in het huis. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping, hier zat een losse BBQ bij die ook nog het eten van 1 van de vorige bewoners bevatte. Na een grondige schoonmaak zelf was het huis prima! Let erop zelf een lamp mee te nemen voor het terras, er is geen buiten verlichting. Wij hadden een kapotte parasol en stoel op het terras, deze zijn direct vervangen. Zwembad werd erg goed onderhouden en was schoon. Het zwembad deel je met 6 appartementen, met leuke buren erg gezellig. Vanaf het huis ben je zo op het strand en supermarkt, berg af en je bent er ) dit was onze 2de keer in Pals en wederom een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Lekker strand (grof zand dus geen kastelen bouwen) leuke tentjes op en om het strand. Met de auto ben je zo in leuk andere stadjes. Erg genoten na onze schoonmaak.
