Authentic old hotel in convenient location.

The hotel was clean, but definitely could use some fixing up -- drapes, caulking in bathroom, lighting, but it was comfortable and everyone was pleasant Breakfast was good

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We had a suite and although it’s dated was large and very accommodating.no central air conditioning and we were there during heat wave given portable A/C location is excellent walked most places underground 2min walk

Hotel is loacted near rhe city center so its accessible to go near the tourist spot. comfort room is a mess. Bed is uncomfortable. Heater is not functioning well. Breakfast is fine

This is not a 4 Star Hotel

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. I feel totally mis sold on this fact and will be reviewing it as a 4 star hotel. The photos are very mis-leading and must have been took some years ago. The deco of the hotel is very tired and shabby. It must have last been decorated in the early 90's. The matrass on our bed had a large metal spring exposed causing me to scrape my leg on it. The breakfast on offer was very limited and no cooked breakfast was available. On a positive note the the hotel room was clean and the room spacious. It is in a great location 1 min away from the Italian Garden in Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate Underground station.

Jeg ble booket om til the Colonnade hotel. Hotellet er nedslitt, dårlig aircondition som lager mye lyd, ubehagelige senger, rom i kjelleren med utsikt mot lysgrav, veldig enkel frokost, mugg på brødet. Er dette virkelig et 4 stjerners hotell?

過ごしやすいホテルです

3泊させていただきました。腰に故障を抱えていたので多少辛い思いはしましたが、シャワールーム、トイレが部屋の中の高い位置に設置されていて別空間化されているのでゆったりできました。部屋には冷蔵庫がありませんでしたが、フロントで預かっていただけ不自由はありません。コンセントの持参は必須です。わりと古いホテルだと思うので部屋にUSBコネクタはなく携帯やアップルウォッチの充電にはヒヤヒヤでした。歩いて5分ぐらいのところにテスコエクスプレスがあり、ホテルの周りにも5〜6件のレストランがあり便利です。

Styr Unna!!!!

Vi dro 4 Vennepar. Ble flyttet fra dette til "søster" hotellet Colonnade London. Tapet falt av veggene, mugg, knuste fliser på gulv, utslitte møbler. Noen av oss fikk nytt rom etter å ha klaget men alt er jo like eledig!. 4.etg uten heis. Ingen håndkle, iskaldt, dusj hadde ikke varmtvann. Ikke varme på bad, Tok timesvis før vi fikk håndkle, og da bare til 1 pers. Elendig frokost som vi 2 av 4 morgener ikke fikk noe drikke til (tomt!) prøvde å si fra men ble møtt av himling med øyner å surt ansikt, iskald matsal, lite mat om du kom etter kl.09. Hotellet er så godt som rivbart, og personalet kan IKKE å drive hotell. Dårlig service. Vil absolutt fraråde noen å bo der!

고택에서 하루

솔직히 우리가 흔히 아는 호텔은 아니다. 하지만 150년이 넘는 건물을 감안하면 정말 훌륭하게 관리되어 있다. 오래된 호텔에서 한번 자는것도 좋은 경험이라고 생각한다. 장점 1. 도보1분거리에 공원과 전철역이 있어 이동이편함 2.직원분들의 서비스가 좋다 3.무료로 조식까지 제공, 가성비 진짜 좋은호텔이다. 단점 1. 건물이 낡아서 바닥에서 소리가나고 방음이 거의 안된다. 2. 창문을 열기힘들고 오래되서 우풍이 들어온다

Das Hotel sieht leider nicht aus wie auf dem Bild.Drinnen riecht es muffig u.alt.Zimmer soweit ok.Toilettenspülung geht nicht richtig man muß mehrmals pumpen bis da was passiert.Das Frühstück ein graun,die Milchkanne da war die Milch schon angetrocknet,wie alt der Käse war weiß man nicht,die Butter da bohrte jeder mit dem Messer drin rum u.der Kaffee nur Pulver.Das Personal ist nett.

Website photos bear no resemblance to reality, does that make Expedia complicit in misrepresentation. I was guided by the photos on your site, should have checked Trust Pilot, so shoujd the trade. Bedroom awful, advertised amenities not there: restaurant and bar. Every other person staying there complaining. Noisy room, no double glazing and next bedroom residents not noisy but we could easily have had a conversation through the wall. Disgusted.
