We informed them that we were arriving later in the evening, and the staff willingly made arrangements to accommodate. Room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It is an older style model. But we were happy with the room according to the price we paid."

"Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service. We wish we could have stayed longer, as it felt like home. The rooms were always clean, which was particularly important for my husband, who has cancer. A huge thank you to the Nightcap staff!
