"Our first impression was very good because the location nice , but remote. Our first night , there was the worst we had seen anywhere in the world. The manager was very helpful and our problem was solved fairly swiftly. We ended up staying in a villa next to the swimming pool.And that was amazing views. The complementary breakfast and cocktail hour at the Club Pakarang were itself worth the price paid for the room! Overall, Amari Phuket is an amazing resort where any discerning visitor would love to make their base for a memorable Phuket vacation."

"We loved this place!!! Amazing energy and feeling as soon as you walk in! Staff was extremely attentive and friendly, always helpful. Front desk 24 hours! The rooms were very comfortable and updated. The views were breathtaking, the breakfast was very complete with a lot of options! Very healthy as well! Lastly, the spa had a crazyyyy amount of options, the most we have seen so far! We highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff were great, very pleasant and helpful. The service was excellent. A few things in the room could be improved such as easier access to sockets, faster bathtub filling, clearer light and AC controls, and having a master switch by the bed. Overall a good stay with really friendly staff. Note there’s no beach within walking distance, but they have a paid trip by van/boat to nearby island."
