"We had an amazing stay at Adirondack Spruce Lodge! From check-in, Keith, the manager, made us feel truly welcomed. His warm personality and thoughtful attention to guests made the whole experience stand out. Almost every evening, weather permitting, he had a fire going outside, which became a highlight—bringing people together to relax, connect, and enjoy stargazing in the beautiful Adirondacks. Keith went above and beyond in every way, from sharing great local recommendations to ensuring the lodge felt inviting. His welcoming presence is a big reason guests want to return year after year. The lodge itself was just as advertised—our room was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos exactly. Having a grill onsite was super convenient, and being able to cook, then sit by the fire under the stars, made for such memorable evenings. We can’t recommend Adirondack Spruce Lodge enough. Thanks to Keith’s hospitality and the cozy atmosphere, we look forward to coming back!"

"We loved our stay at the Wolfjaw. We had an end unit which we preferred so that worked out great. Our room was very clean and we were happy to see there was a nice mini fridge too. We appreciated the quietness overall. We would happily rent again here!"

"We had a wonderful time and Doug was a terrific host. He met us at check-in, walked us through the cabin, showed us the boats/canoes, and told us a bit about the history of the area and fun places to spend some time. Very charming and rustic cabin, super comfy. It's a very intimate and private setting, secluded but 30min from town. Excellent private dock to launch the boats provided, or to launch your own. Nice paddlers pond, not much power boat action. Herons, bald eagles and assorted cormorants and ospreys were seen. With little noise pollution, was so good to remember what quiet sounds like.Lots of northern pike and some respectable bass in the pond. Very fun place for kids, we brought an assortment of grandkids and they all want to go back next year.Highly recommended."

"This place is number 1 on our list of places to go. It was so relaxing, very excluded, no neighbors to bother you. The river was so nice, listening to the babbling water. We did not want to leave, next time we will make our stay longer & possibly sleep in the lean-to. "

"Lovely cabin with everything you could possibly need -- well stocked. On acres with trails mowed and maintained. Very lovely. A few minutes from Malone if you want to visit the Almanzo Wilder Homestead. Would definitely book again."

"Beautiful , clean & comfortable! Home is well stocked with basics. Decent kitchen equipment , we cooked in most meals. Easy check in. I loved the back yard & porch. Took peaceful naps out there, only the sounds of nature. It was only 2 of us but would be great for a family or friends vacation spot. "
