"Overall, the property was nice for the price that we paid. It is close to the target center, which was nice for the concert we were attending. The only negative thing was when we arrived at 4:15 PM we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. That was a little frustrating as we had an event that we needed to get ready for. "

"Food was absolutely disgusting, had no seasoning . Have to pay to park across the street . Staff rude . Biggest problem is parking across the street at the indigo hotel and having to walk across the street. "

"Great place to stay, especially if you want to enjoy a relaxing evening of Jazz at the nearby Berlin club. Staff was SO courteous, every last one of them! Accommodated a last-minute request for flowers in the room for my wife's birthday, and were kind enough to include a couple of free drink tickets as well. Great vibe here, great food, great cocktails! The only negative was early morning construction (7 AM) in the room next to us. We get it...remodeling is difficult in a hotel."

"Room was amazing, there was a small pile of black dust on sheets. Maybe from the ceiling. The entire building though was top notch, amenities included. Front desk worker was a little unwelcoming with his quiet tone and no greeting. "

"Gosh I can’t say enough good things about this property …stayed one night for the Cardi B concert excellent staff even gave us a corner room cause it was available and slightly bigger …it had a walk in closet too!!! Excellent location sky way to target center was top tier since weather was kinda gross …clean room clean property great breakfast ….we parked across the street but parking in the hawthorn garage is super convenient also !!!! I’ll def stay again …keep being great Hampton inn and suites "
