We had no hot water in our room, despite calling twice to have it fixed and had cold showers all weekend. The coffee or bar was never staffed. I wouldn't suggest staying here, especially for the price

Absolutely love this hotel! We've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate the flexible check-in and check-out times. While we haven't tried the breakfast, the buffet looks quite good with plenty of options. Our last stay was perfect, except for a minor concern about the elevators. There was a notice about one being sensitive and prone to stopping, and both sets seemed a bit dated, which made us a little uneasy. We understand they get a lot of use and maintenance, but it was a slight worry. We're already planning our next trip to Minneapolis in a few months and will definitely be booking with Hyatt again!

Pool was closed after booking so was disappointing. However they paid for our parking to offer some compensation and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious and like a suite. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The lobby bar could have been open a little later for when we returned from baseball game but we ordered food to room. Warning : parking under ground is very very tight and was difficult with a normal size truck. No extended box or wide. We would stay here again.

This was a spacious room with a useful desk to get work done. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and food and drinks are available 24/7 just behind the front desk plus a convenience store on the ground floor. The location was fine for walking to the convention center, about 10 minutes, and much less expensive than hotels adjacent to the conference. The downtown area felt safe during the day but was deserted at night even on the weekend (I walked fast).

10/10 would recommend this hotel ! Hotel its self is very clean and well taken care of, and staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful! They upgraded our room for our friend’s birthday which was so kind of them and made her birthday absolutely amazing ! They were there to help with everything we needed and definitely made our stay a 10/10. Would come back just for the nicest staff you will meet ! If I am staying in Minneapolis I’m staying at the Hyatt place downtown 100%!

Really liked how clean and quiet the hotel was. Breakfast food was awesome! Had a variety of food to eat. Decent price for alcohol at the bar. Rooms were nice and clean! The only thing I can complain about is the parking ramp. They are under construction and the parking spots are so tight to park.

Require a 250 dollar deposit that was not mentioned when booking. Staff told me at checkin that I would receive my deposit when I checkout out. LIE. they refund you at checkout yes BUT they very conveniently forgot to mention that its takes 3 to 5 business days for you to actually receive your money back. I also had problems with my parking pass for the Hyatt parking lot and I called the hotel for assistance. Since my ticket wasnt working they gave me a new ticket free of charge. So the next day when i actually checkout and get in my car to leave the ticket that was just given to me NO LONGER WORKS. so I call and ask why the pass they JUST gave me last night doesn't work. Its because it expires at 6 pm and I was leaving at 8pm. I tried explaining to them that I was never informed of that and I received MAJOR ATTITUDE. she just kept repeating over and over "we don't own the parking lot company". Ok??? If your printing off and handing out tickets for this company you should explain the rules and regulations. So I had to pay TWICE. I am never coming to a Hyatt ever again in my life. Rude unhelpful staff with attitude problems.
