The only complaints are that dishes were put away dirty (caked on food from the dishwasher) & there weren’t enough kitchen towels for drying dishes. The crockpot was missing its liner and lid. "Beautiful and super clean cabin just steps from the lake. Great swimming, boating and fishing right from the cabin. Has a large green lawn to play games on along with a fure pit to use. Racheal was right there within seconds to any question we may have had. This place and owner are the real deal for a place to stay."

"Overall: This property did exactly what it was meant to do- allow us to relax and enjoy eachothers company for a week! Cons of our stay though- The water is not swimmable, we had to travel to a near by lake to actually go swimming. The house did not include a table, so it was hard to play our card games. The kitchen included a breakfast bar with stools for eating meals but not great for playing games. The week that we stayed was the hottest of the year... no ones fault, just ended up that way....

"Booked this short notice due to wanting a family vacation but older kids not wanting to be too far from home due to work. Cabin was perfect, 20 mins from home, clean, quiet grounds, nice lake with lots of structure for my fishermen. Cabin is older but very clean and nicely equipped. The pool on the grounds was clean and an easy alternative to the boat on the hot, hazy, last day of the stay. Overall a great weekend away!"

"Karen's Kottage is Kute and Komfortable! Sweet, petite cottage with a retro feel throughout. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having fans in each bedroom for white noise.
