Room was a bit musty smelling. They haven’t resumed housekeeping services yet. Bed was just okay. Vending machine didn’t vend and kept my money. Bar closes at 10pm, there are no in room dining services and it’s tough to find a place to eat in the area after that. It’s an okay place to crash for a night but very bare bones. Not sure what makes this an Expedia VIP hotel, there are other places more welcoming and comfortable for those traveling away from home and staying for more than a night.

Upon entry the room was not clean - it was clearly not vacuumed (visible debris on the floor) and there was hair in the shower and on the bedside table. The room door didn’t shut properly and our door was open/unsecured for an entire day. The keycard system indicated that the door was “open too long” but the hotel didn’t check that until we returned and alerted them to the open door. The hotel blamed us, and bought us breakfast.
