We stayed here while visiting our daughter for family weekend at UMN. Our overall experience was excellent, and the hotel was beautiful! The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly & accommodating, and we felt very safe, even with the offsite secured parking.

Staff was very nice, the workout area was one of the best I’ve seen, the bed was very comfortable & I slept great, didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hall. The bathroom had the magnify mirror which is always a plus!

Our experience at the Westin Minneapolis was superb! Having the indoor pool and the gym was super nice. The best part was the restaurant attached called "Stock & Bond", OMG, we thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and the ambience, what a beautiful venue!!!

Very comfortable room. Toiletries and bedding excellent. Lavender oil was a fun surprise. We were able to check-in early and enjoyed having the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Parking is convenient, but expensive. My only negative would be the hotel bar closing at 11 pm on a weekend. There are limited options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and we wanted to enjoy a nightcap after a show.

The man who checked us in is nothing short of amazing. Accidentally put us in the wrong room (which is not a big deal) so he upgraded us to a suite and it made for such a fun trip to the cities. 10/10 service from him, I wish I knew his name but he was awesome!

Courteous staff, spacious room, great housekeeping in a central location. Male/female locker room areas near the pool are a great touch. July 2025 there was construction in the lobby that definitely took it down a notch in my rating, but outside of that it was great.
