This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. The rooms are an industrial chic in the best way. Big fat wooden square columns extend to wall to wall wood ceilings. The vibe is sturdy, homey, and cozy. Motion sensor bathroom light so when you go to the bathroom in the night you don’t have to think about anything you can just get up and walk in that direction and “boop” a little light flips on. The beds are luxurious and comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. Might be one of the best Hilton properties I’ve ever stayed in. Bar and restaurant staff were super nice, as were the front desk folks. Really enjoyed my stay. One little note to Hilton corporate: This hotel is SO nice and so great. I think you should upgrade the furniture in the lobby area to real leather. Some of the couches and chairs faux leather were peeling in places and it was literally the only thing not to love about this great hotel.

Mostly great, but room 220W was thumping from music downstairs all day. Literally from noon to eleven pm. It was crazy making as I’m a light sleeper. Otherwise I’d give the place a 5 star. Honestly, this would keep me from staying here again.

The good: location great (near a Trader Joe's!), solid restaurants downstairs, although nothing to write home about, energetic vibe, great shower with nice products. Water filter machine was hard to use. Very dark interior hotel room with little to no light-felt like a dungeon. Enjoyed the Nespresso but didn't provide enough creamer. Loud music until late at night-good luck trying to sleep! Not a lot of privacy or quiet in this hotel.

Beautiful building and amazing location! I always stay in this area and finally stayed here at the Canopy. I will be back! The parking garage was slightly annoying with the tickets but that’s nitpicking. Bed - 3/5 you could tell the bed was a little older and slightly less comfortable than many others I have slept on Price was right and everyone on staff was amazing! Overall I will be back every time I’m in Minneapolis!

The Room was very clean and perfectly modern and nice for price. The bed was comfortable and they let us sleep in another hour after the standard check out time.. friendly staff! This Hotel feels exactly like the much more expensive Hewing hotel at half the price!
