"Fantastic, well appointed room, albeit on the smaller side. (Loved the Toto toilet!) The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet may have been the best I have received in all my travels. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel in a prime location. Lots of activities and good restaurants. Obviously rooms were on the small side but that is to be expected from the hotels in Tokyo. However, the bathrooms and tubs were awesome! Loved soaking in the tub after a long day of walking. Staff was very quick to address issues and were nice. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend especially if you want to be in an area of lights and action. Definitely not the location if you are looking for bamboo forests and no one around."

"The hotel is located on a quiet street not too far from Shinjuku. Hotel is nice and clean, and the staff were great. The rooms are small as are any rooms in Tokyo, but otherwise we had a great stay."
