"Our stay was a pleasant surprise. The house was newly renovated and even nicer than the online pictures. Our host Demarcus was quick to respond to our questions and needs. We will stay there again when we go back to visit my granddaughter, a student at UI C "
"Very spacious and comfortable. Supply all the amenities needed for our short stay home away from home. It was my son’s bday and his friends and I enjoyed staying at the home. Will definitely book again."
"The room was clean and cute. It had a comfortable bed and a desk and that’s all we really needed. The area was fairly quiet and a great location to catch a bus or take a quick drive to the parts of city we visited (The Loop and Hyde Park). We had access to street parking directly in front of the property. The shared common areas were a fun aesthetic and very tidy. Online communication with the property managers was timely and direct. We definitely enjoyed our brief stay :)"
"Neat and clean property super convenient in Hyde Park to campus, shopping, restaurants, Lake, and Metra. Christine was my host and was outstanding in her timely communication and excellent troubleshooting"
"Incredible owners and communication made the entire process very, very easy and stress free. The unit feels brand new inside and (absent a hair dryer) has every possible amenity you could ever need. The neighborhood was way more comfortable than i expected having never been to the South side of Chicago before. The only possible criticism is the layout of the bed and the need for one person to crawl over the other in order to get out. In general, I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and will be sure to look at this property availability first when planning my next visit."
