The room was great. The size was nice Loved the bathroom. The lobby looks great, the staff was nice and friendly. Loved the location. Great place to get away and relax.
My grandson and I stayed one night after my husband’s surgery at the University of Chicago Hospital. We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful.
The location was perfect. There are many dining options in walking distance and also supermarket, drug store etc. The room was spacious and clean. Access to the city is also good.

very trendy decor for the room, very comfortable beds with excellent pillows. Hotel staff was friendly and the coffee and tea station in the lobby was perfect!
Only complaint was the glass sliding bathroom door. The lock didn't work and it closed with a loud bang clang. More decorative than functional.
The staff is always courteous, helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. I am there on a weekly basis and always feel welcomed. I appreciate how they value my business. Most importantly I love that their eyes smile like their happy to help.
