"I went into my stay at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas with pretty low expectations after reading several reviews but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually really enjoyed the resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to highlight the overnight manager (a Black gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember - I think it’s Tony Calloway). He was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I in the middle of the night. That level of care made a lasting impression. While the room decor is a bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained, which honestly matters more to me. Another big plus despite being a non-smoker, I found the cigarette smoke in the casino area to be very manageable and not overwhelming at all. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Slots are very tight customer service is zero everyone we ran into whether it was a restaurant employee or front desk employee treat you like you're an inconvenience. And if you want to talk to someone in person forget about it even your phone in room goes to Rita who is a computer and she will argue with you to get a live person and then expect to be on hold for 40 minutes at least minimum. Our room was very clean and nice that was the only good thing about the whole stay, had maintenance issues in our room took two days to get somebody up there and then they didn't even fix everything and said they'll be right back and never came back so luckily I ran into head of security in the casino as I was gambling finally seen someone I could talk to and his name was Rob and he was great and called in the next thing you know maintenance was in our room within the hour fixing the problem. I would never go back and stay there again or give them another dime of my money but I will say Rob head of security and the waitress at The Comedy Cellar Lindsey we're great."

"Rooms clean, hotel was clean, what we didn’t like was they no longer have a checking counter you have to use a kiosk, and if you’re not from the USA , they never work. After assistance because the machine didn’t work we waited 30 mins for a key . This was at 730pm the hotel knew we booked rooms and still after getting help our rooms were still not ready so instead of the king room we booked it was 2 queens . If check in is at 4 and it’s three and a half hours later why wasn’t the room ready as promised? Just asking"

"The property is in a decent location. It’s nice that even though they don’t have a family friendly pool you are able to use the flamingo pool which was really nice. The hotel is older and musty. It did have decent amenities. We stayed for three days, we only saw a room attendant once."
