"The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. We checked in and the smell was so awful. We were late for a lunch reservation so we dropped bags and ran out. Over lunch we decided to book another hotel because we couldn’t stand to stay in that room one more minute. Also my dog was extremely anxious in there and refused to drink the water from the tap. We checked out when we got back from lunch. We were refused a refund because we “stayed” in the room 3 hours. To top it off when we were packing up another family next to us was also leaving because their rooms were also disgusting. It literally smelled like multiple dogs peed in there. Also the lobby smelled so bad like smoke that it gave us headaches just from checking in."

"Hotel and room were clean. I booked a partial river view with balcony. Definitely not worth it as all you saw was construction. The restaurant had great food. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t explore a lot."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The biggest negative was the rooms are very very small! Made coming and going to a wedding, reception, etc difficult with the tight quarters. For a Hampton Inn, we very surprised, for what it lacked! Older and at a lower standard."

"You get what you pay for. There's A/C, the bedding was clean, and the room looked decently cleaned. The tub/ shower needed to be re-caulked and the floor could've been cleaner. My main issue was they sold they'd freshly painted so the room smelled INTENSE but it was not just like a paint smell it was slightly off. All my clothes and my suitcase smelled like the room. But I guess at least they're doing upkeep. There was a kitchenette that looked fine. But it was hard to imagine cooking or eating in there with the smell. It's definitely a budget stay but it was a place to lay my head on the cheap."

"Trashy hotel, room was musty smelling, Chair and ottoman had the vinyl peeled off a good protion, Furniture looked about 30 years old and beat up sdiscolored etc. Being right on the freeway the room was very noisy. The outside of the place had homeless peole wandering around including by the motion sensor door that got the bouncer looking dude up to follow him. I basically walked in the room and walked out told the desk I was checking out and wanted a refund. THey said check with my third party booking agent,. Expedia refused to refund any of my 5 night stay even though I never used the cruddy room I will not be using Quality in ever again or Expedia."
