"TV only in Spanish, no English. Do not stay in front of Puerto del Sol if you’re a light sleeper. It’s noisy all night. Good location, walking distance to Madrid landmarks, lots of restaurants, shopping stores close by."

They came every night nock at my door and force me to stop talking and go to sleep. Literally. The employee overnight in reception is a trans that is a stalker. Is a person that seems to be mad a the world. I even asked why so much anger on his or her approach to guests . It was not Normal nor respectful. He or she was very rude unprofessional and aggressive at times. Do not visit this place. Dirty , noise, horrible staff . No AC, to be able use the fan they will ask for a Deposit for the remote control. The fan doesn’t work without it. So if you don’t have cash you will have to sleep with the heat of the room. If you open window to refresh the noise won’t let you sleep. Terrible terrible experience. I will also write a review on google alerting people Not to Fall in this trap.
