"Beautiful hotel, perfect location, with kind, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely spa. Our city view room experienced quite a lot of noise from the road and early morning hotel deliveries. The experience in an ocean front room is completely different, but comes at a premium at almost double the price. Saint Jean de Luz is a charming town and the Basque coast is beautiful."

"The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk on the flat through shops and past the cathedral to the beach and old town. There was blue and green parking right by the hotel where we were able to park our rental car. We arrived mid afternoon Saturday and were able to park until midday Monday paying for three hours as parking was free sarurday evening and all day Sunday. Would definitely stay again."
