"Brilliant breakfast - huge choice, staff friendly and happy to help all the time. Room big with a stunning sea view especially as the sun rises. Location spot on."

"Good hotel and location staff really helpful"

"Staff were very profesional clean hotel"

"Fabulous location, great bar and restaurant staff. Well maintained and very clean. Only thing that let it down was there wasn’t enough sun loungers, the pool was in the shade for the first half of the day and they made us wear shower caps in the spa that we had to pay for"

"Good location, staff excellent however house keeping was poor, room not cleaned only given clean towels each day for 5 days, had to ask for coffee each day although it was included in package. Dining room staff very good and food was great. Entertainment was excellent as was bar service."

"Good around hotel great location"

"Stayed in July 2026 with the family. Very happy would stay again. Great location."

"The staff were great and the hotel was very clean, the hotel is in a great location and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want nightlife then you simply walk outside the front door and there are plenty of bars to enjoy. This was my first time in Benidorm and I would definitely stay here again"
