"We came from San Diego and stayed for nine days .The staff are awesome . Excellent customer service . Breakfast buffet was great with good options . The place is surrounded by awesome restaurants . Easy walk to the Blue mosque , grand bazar . I would highly recommend this place . You won’t regret . Over all , fantastic time saying here seeing Istanbul . "

"The staff were incredibly helpful. Most of all, this hotel is quite elegant and tucked away in the Old City, about a .8mile walk from major sites. It does require some steep walking up/down hill. They have a free shuttle that will take you to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and the Grand Bazaar. They are happy to arrange for a taxi to other locations (Galataport, airport, etc.) Beds really comfortable, all marble bathroom nicely appointed with towels individually wrapped. "

"We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time but the hotel front desk attendant assured us to get our room ready as quickly as possible. My family appreciates the hospitality and caring attitude after a very long tiring flight from the U.S.The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with a plethora of fresh,delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended."
