Stayed for 7 days, Horrific experience. Room was dated, shower sprayer broke, toilet water wouldn’t stop, stained- old comforter, No AC, breakfast €30 per person fair choices at best. Was told I would be provided a fan and never got one because they were “limited”. No umbrellas. Worst hotel experience of my life. I WOULD TOTALLY AVOID!

Steam room and spa were in clean and I good working order. Room and corridors were clean and good condition. Breakfast had sufficient choice. Location of the hotel is not likeable.

Hotelli on helppo löytää ja siinä on viihtyisä aula sekä aamiaispaikka hotellin kattokerroksessa. Huone oli siisti ja tasokas, sekä myös hiljainen. Ilmastointi tehokas ja helposti säädettävissä. Huoneen tilavuus hyvä, eli ei tule ahdasta. Vuoteet olivat mukavia ja on hienoa, että on tarjolla myös kolmen hengen huoneitakin. Hotellin vieressä on pari hyvää ravintolaa, eli hotelliin saapumisen jälkeen on helppo käydä lounaalla tai illallisella. Hotellin respa oli lopulta joustava, vaikka vahingossa olin varannut varauksen vain yhdelle hengelle. Kaksi henkeä onnistui kuitenkin hyvin. Hotellia on helppo suositella ja hotellin hintakaan ei ole paha, varsinkaan jos kolmen hengen huoneessa jakaa hinnan kolmeen osaan matkaajien kesken.

El hotel fue excelente! Buenísima ubicación, personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. No hay absolutamente nada negativo que decir.

I booked this hotel for our wedding night and had communicated with the hotel management in advance to make the occasion special with some simple decorations. Unfortunately, despite our prior communication, nothing had been arranged when we arrived, which was quite disappointing given the importance of the occasion. The suite room itself was very clean and comfortable. However, the overall service experience was not what I expected. Some of the staff members were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and at times their attitude came across as rather rude. Although we had already paid for breakfast, when I asked whether breakfast could be served in our room, the receptionist informed me that there would be an additional charge of €20 per person. I found this surprising, especially since breakfast was already included in our booking. I was also disappointed to be charged 300 TL for parking after leaving my car on the hotel premises for only around 10 minutes. The breakfast itself was also quite average, with limited options and not much variety. Overall, while the room was clean and pleasant, the service, additional charges, breakfast, and lack of attention to our wedding-night arrangements made the experience disappointing. Considering the amount we paid, I do not feel the stay offered good value for money.
