"The bathroom had some cracked tiles that trapped water every time I took a shower, and it ended up seeping into the carpet. The rooms weren’t soundproof either, so being right on the main road, you could hear a lot of noise from outside. That said, the staff were super helpful. --- Would you like me to make it sound a bit more friendly or keep this straightforward tone?"

"This is our 3rd night,1st check-in our room was not cleaned so they moved us . The staff person was gracious and moved us immediately. The spa bath did not work and not Netflix .2nd night everything was great . We did not use Ac so we did not notice any issue ."

"Room was compact but okay. Noise from room above or next door woke me several times. Booked with breakfast and for the extra cost was not worth it, very limited choice and more like a snack. Was told coffee machine was out of action and wasn't offered anything else. Reception staff were great, restaurant staff not so much."

Apart from that our stay was delightful, we booked the double pod which was perfect for the night. I enjoyed the area and the amenities it provided. The shower drain did not work properly which was highly annoying & the place smelled heavily of cleaning product, I would suggest a candle for people to burn whilst being there.
