"Great overall stay—friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good food. However, the fitness center was a major disappointment. It’s not just about the limited equipment—having only two treadmills and two cycling machines—but one of the treadmills had a torn belt, which is a serious safety concern. This really needs immediate attention and improvement. Aside from that, everything else was excellent."

"Upgraded to a suite which had spectacular views of the city. Breakfast and lounge club were better than I expected and the views from the lounge club were incredible. Highly recommend it."

"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"Stayed on the 18th premium floor in a deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Large room with balcony,kitchen,laundry, large bathroom and separate living room. Premium rooms have two private elevators which is a great touch. Free Disney shuttle in the mornings was awesome too as we went there for two days and it’s very close to Disney. Great location away from the hustle and lrge crowds. You sacrifice a little extra time on the trains but they are not crowded and you are only a five min walk from two convenient stations. Convenience stores and restaurants all around and a beautiful 25 minute walk to Diver City plaza which is a must see with the large Gundam statue, Statue of Liberty, beautiful cherry blossom trees and garden and the new fountain show out in the bay. Highly recommend "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fresh and tasty. The bus station is located right outside the front door, which made for very convenient connection to the metro. "

"I book two rooms. When we checked in by automated machine. Our rooms were not next to each other. Also, I would like to see a complimentary coffee or tea station in lobby. Places don’t open early in Japan. "
