"Honestly I hesitated to rate this place cause the convenience of the location and price point. But as someone who books 10-15 hotel rooms a month I’m beyond fed up. There’s roaches in the bathroom, as a paying guest at times I can’t find a parking spot, back to back weeks after returning to my room from work the key fails to work so I need to go the the lobby and have it fixed, the AC is loud or some rooms don’t even work, staff is rude, housekeeps carts are extremely loud, I’ve put up with it for a while now but I’m over it and will be taking my business elsewhere. "

"Unfortunately the AC was broken in a few units for both nights we stayed. That really did interrupt our sleep, and the poor technician was running around to all of these rooms trying to fix. I asked for a tea bag from the front desk (they only leave one in your room on night 1) and I was charged for that; which I found to be crazy considering the cost to stay there. No coffee out for guests in the AM (most hotels offer it complimentary ) The hotel itself was nice and clean. Beautiful rooms and pool. Good location! "

"Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool area and the room was clean upon check in. There were some renovations being done in the office area so the new office area was still accommodating. The only downside was that the laundry room was not in working order. The washers worked fine but the dryers did not have any heat in them so our clothes had to be taken off site near the airport for drying, after multiple times of trying to dry our loads. I didn't know the hotel went through a third party so by the time i had to go to the airport, i was told by staff that someone could've came to fix it."

"Best hotel we've ever been at. Washers, dryer, kitchen, fully stocked dishes, pots and pans, nice hard bed. Bedroom separate from living room. Only issue..i take a bath and was unable to reach shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was made for people who takes shower. JETTED TUB WAS A NICE SURPRISE "

"The rooms were big, morning staff was great, there IS breakfast, and it IS close to the beach. However the night staff was terrible and even actively hostile, the amenity fee was a surprise and included different things depending on who you talk to, and pedestrian access was unsafe especially if you have kids or people who struggle with mobility. "
