It’s walking distance to the main historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and bars, and even the cruise terminals aren’t that far away. "I liked the situation of the hotel and the quality of the room which had a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, none of the black mould normally seen. There was also the option of a bath or a powerful shower. My only complaint is that the cooked breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choice, but most components had obviously been prepared hours earlier and were only luke warm, hence only a four star overall rating, because I like a good cooked breakfast!"

"My kids live with their mother, which is 2 hours away, my daughter had a dance so we booked this hotel specifically to spend the day with my children because it's advertised as having a pool. It does have a pool, but you have to pay £5 per hour to use it per person AND there's lots of closed off times that you can't use the pool. None of this information is shared on Hotels.com. I would NOT have booked this room had I known that upfront"

"Beds were comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Only trouble was staff forgot to clean the room so we did not have fresh towels and tea/cofee refills after the first night. But when we informed the desk, they immediately sent someone with it. It shows how helpful the staff are and how quickly they corrected this. Amazing hotel and look forward to staying there again"
